Warendorf, Petersfield's German Twin Town
It was a great pleasure for me to attend the Petersfield Twinning Association's Reception last Thursday evening and met the Bürgermeister of Warendorf, Herrn Peter Horstmann. We both agreed that the work of our respective Twinning Assocations is important and that we need to continue to support them in the interest of cooperation and goodwill between our two communities. My personal thanks to the Chairman of the Petersfield Twinning Assocation, Mr Peter Lesniak, and all the wonderful volunteers of the PTA for their continuing hard work.

Es war mir eine große Freude, am vergangenen Donnerstagabend am Empfang der Petersfield Twinning Association teilzunehmen und den Bürgermeister der Stadt Warendorf, Herrn Peter Horstmann, zu treffen. Wir waren uns einig, dass die Arbeit unserer jeweiligen Twinning-Vereinigungen wichtig ist und dass wir sie im Interesse der Zusammenarbeit und des guten Willens zwischen unseren beiden Gemeinschaften weiterhin unterstützen müssen.
