All meetings of the Town Council and Committees are open to the public. You are most welcome to attend any meeting.  A public participation agenda item is on all agendas.  You may address the Councillors on any subject and may speak for a maximum of three minutes.   At Planning meetings you are able to speak for or against an application for a maximum of three minutes.  All meetings start at 6.30pm, except for the Town Development Committee which starts at 3pm, and are held in the Council Chamber at the Town Hall, Petersfield.  Please find below a schedule of meetings for the current municipal year.  Click on the first column for the agenda and the second column for the minutes when they become available.
