The Town Council has two halls that are available for hire: The Festival Hall and The Avenue Pavilion.
The Festival Hall
The Festival Hall is situated at the rear of the Town Hall, adjacent to the Outdoor Swimming Pool. Its name commemorates the Petersfield Musical Festival, which was responsible for raising the finance to build the Hall in 1936. The Festival Hall offers an auditorium suitable for concerts and theatre productions together with a very comfortable function room called the Rose Room and other meeting rooms.

The Avenue Pavilion
The Avenue Pavilion is available for hire for up to 100 people. The Pavilion was built primarily for sports use so tables and chairs are limited. Kitchen facilities are available and the Hall is fully accessible for all users. The Hall has a lovely aspect looking onto the Avenue Playing Field and also has its own car park.

Additional Council Properties
The Town Council also owns other properties that are leased to tenants namely:
- Town Hall Chambers and Festival Hall Office Suites (part of the Town/Festival Hall)
- The Love Lane Pavilion
- Football Clubhouse and enclosure at Love Lane
- The Old Golf Clubhouse on The Heath
- The Kiosk and Boathouse on The Heath
The following buildings are also built on Town Council land but owned by the organisations using the facilities: The Air Training Corps HQ at Bell Hill Recreation Ground and the Rugby Clubhouse and changing rooms at Penns Farm Playing Fields.
