All meetings of the Town Council and Committees are open to the public. You are most welcome to attend any meeting.  All meetings start at 6.30pm, except for the Town Development Committee which starts at 3pm.  The Town Council meets in person in the Council Chamber and members of the public are welcome to attend.  All other meetings are held as Advisory Group meetings on Zoom, under delegated authority.  If you would like the Zoom link to join any Advisory Group meeting please email the Committees Administrator committee.admin@petersfield-tc.gov.uk in good time in advance of the meeting.

 

A public participation agenda item is on all agendas.  You may address the Councillors on any subject and may speak for a maximum of three minutes.   At Planning meetings you are able to speak for or against an application for a maximum of three minutes. If you would like to speak at a meeting you must give notice to the Town Clerk by 10.30am on the morning of the meeting; please email clerk@petersfield-tc.gov.uk
